Enter the <em>Professional Home Stager </em>to come to the rescue...for a fee...and whip your home and junk into shape. I've actually seen this work and in a time where there is likely 5-10 other homes on the market just like your own, a little extra effort can truly mean the difference between selling quickly, and getting stale on the market. <br /><br />Now enter the "<em>Accredited Staging Professional Realtor". </em>I can't imagine there would be an additional fee involved other than the commission but this seems like a great tool to have in one's repertoire. I'll be looking into this and will likely shell out $350 smackers to take a 2 day course so I can become an expert home stager and get more listings (and sell them)...or so that's what's supposed to happen. Web log = Blog. I get it. I also get that I'm a 28 year old man with carpal tunnel that will now NEVER get better. I sell and rent real estate on the New Jersey shore...mainly in Point Pleasant Beach and I hope to establish this new tool as not only a source for new clients, but also to inform, to vent and fill in the few blank spots of my day with something to do. Super! I'm excited about this, and I look forward to a rapid maturing and mutual benefits all around... Look Mom!
