So with the recent boom of home decorating/do-it-yourself TV channels and shows, and with the current market completely saturated with homes for sale, sellers are doing anything and everything they can to make their homes stand apart. Enter the Professional Home Stager to come to the rescue...for a fee...and whip your home and junk into shape. I've actually seen this work and in a time where there is likely 5-10 other homes on the market just like your own, a little extra effort can truly mean the difference between selling quickly, and getting stale on the market.
Now enter the "Accredited Staging Professional Realtor". I can't imagine there would be an additional fee involved other than the commission but this seems like a great tool to have in one's repertoire. I'll be looking into this and will likely shell out $350 smackers to take a 2 day course so I can become an expert home stager and get more listings (and sell them)...or so that's what's supposed to happen. It certainly can't hurt!

Look Mom...I'm a blogger!
Turns out this new "blog" phenomenon isn't just suited for making fun of ridiculous "celeb-utantes"(celeb-mutants?) but I can harness the power of the internet in my own hands for the greater good in that of the world of Real Estate! Web log = Blog. I get it. I also get that I'm a 28 year old man with carpal tunnel that will now NEVER get better. I sell and rent real estate on the New Jersey shore...mainly in Point Pleasant Beach and I hope to establish this new tool as not only a source for new clients, but also to inform, to vent and fill in the few blank spots of my day with something to do. Super! I'm excited about this, and I look forward to a rapid maturing and mutual benefits all around... Look Mom! I've just blogged something!
